• Full delivery address (country, city, postcode) — required for door-to-door freight
• SKU preference and pallet quantity (MOQ 1 pallet; default EU load 504 pcs)
• Preferred Incoterms wording if you need DDP / door-to-door vs other terms
• Lawful foodservice / bakery / food-processing / industrial end use
• Phone contact (required on the inquiry form)

After payment — truck & transit

Working sequence for eligible destinations:

• Truck booking: typically 1–3 days after payment
• Transit: typically 4–48 hours by distance and DG carrier scheduling
• Overall target: delivery typically within 7 days

Shipments move as UN1070 · Class 2.2 / 5.1 via approved dangerous-goods carriers — not ordinary postal gas routes.
